Currently, the Rivière-du-Moulin wind farm in Quebec is the largest wind farm in Canada. Installed between 2014 and 2015, the project consists of 175 wind turbines and has a total installed capacity of 350 MW.
Other large wind farms in Canada include Lac-Alfred in Quebec (300 MW,) Blackspring Ridge near Vulcan county in Alberta (298.8 MW,) K2 Wind Power Facility near Goderich, Ontario (270 MW) and South Kent Wind Farm in southwestern Ontario (270 MW.)
