With the impressive continuing growth of Canada’s wind energy industry, the responsible and sustainable operations of wind farms has emerged as a critical topic among key stakeholders in the Canadian wind energy sector.
To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of those assets, as well as the health and safety of workers who operate and maintain them, we encourage you to take part in the CanWEA’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Program. This Program brings together stakeholders to address key challenges that are most relevant to Canadian wind farm operating communities. The Program provides an effective platform for networking and knowledge sharing amongst operations and maintenance (O&M) professionals.
The O&M Caucus forms the backbone of the Program providing monthly meetings to discuss emerging topics and progress within the existing committees and working groups.
Some of the key topics and areas of focus for the Program and its participants include: benchmarking data and data analysis; health and safety best practices; training practices; recognizing industry leaders; improved networking; and information sharing initiatives amongst O&M professionals on topics such as wildlife and the environment.
Many of these valuable resources are only available to O&M members. Membership not only gives you access but also puts you in touch with other leading companies seeking to share knowledge and standardize or upgrade practices and procedures.
A company must be a Leading Edge, Champion or Advocate CanWEA corporate member in good standing in order to be eligible to participate in this exclusive program.
Pricing is as follows:
