CanWEA has final approval on all sponsorship initiatives including signage, product give-aways, pictures and event messaging.

Title Sponsor - $10,000 (Exclusive)

Opportunity to address tournament participants during dinner
Sponsored golf hole. Prominent hole sponsor sign will be located at tee box on the golf course
Opportunity to award prize to the “Top Foursome” at the dinner
Prominent recognition as Title sponsor on e-blasts, CanWEA website, online registration page and onsite
Opportunity to include banner advertisement in the “Know before you go” email to attendees
Your name or logo on placemats or table covers at the dinner

Lunch Sponsor - $5,000

Host the BBQ lunch for all participants prior to shotgun start

Golf Carts Sponsor - $5,000 (Exclusive)

Sponsor logo on all player golf carts
Sponsor recognition on CanWEA website and onsite
Opportunity to award the “Lucky Cart” prize prior to shot gun start

Golf foursome (includes green fees, lunch, reception and dinner for 4 players)

Special Hole Sponsor - $3,000 (Limited special holes per tournament)

Prominent hole sponsor signs will be located at each tee box on the golf course. CanWEA reserves the right
to assign sponsor hole location. Example of special holes include: Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Closest
to the Keg, On the Line and On the Green
Sponsor logo on tournament competition hole instruction sheet
Opportunity for company representatives (maximum 2 people) to be stationed at the special hole for the
duration of the tournament
2 tickets to reception and dinner for company representatives assisting at the hole
