Canadian Wind Energy Association
The Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) is a non-profit trade association that promotes the appropriate development and application of all aspects of wind energy in Canada, including the creation of a suitable policy environment.
SaskPower is well on its way in achieving their ambitious goal of adding 1,600 MW of new wind energy by 2030. The reception will provide CanWEA Members with an excellent opportunity to meet with Saskatchewan’s elected representatives and public officials to discuss exciting opportunities for wind energy and the benefits it can bring to the province.
Greetings will be provided by the Honourable Dustin Duncan, Minister of Environment, Minister Responsible for SaskPower and Minister Responsible for the Saskatchewan Water Security Agency.
